In April 2015 I took a trip to the Texas Hill Country. I spent 3 days at Fossil Rim Wildlife Center as part of a Rick Sammon workshop shooting wildlife. For those who haven't been, Fossil Rim Wildlife Center is probably the closest thing to Africa without an international ticket. If you are going on safari, I would highly recommend going here first to get proficient prior to safari.
